Who We Are

Having spent almost 30 years working in partnership with the dynamic and unique UK broker market, developing specialist expertise in SME delegated and e traded arrangements through my roles at RSA, Allianz and Ageas, I’m excited to be able to bring this experience to the market via Peach. I love working with teams of passionate people delivering innovative solutions and brilliant service, and together the team at Peach equally love delivering standout service to our broker partners.

I have a passion for working in collaboration with commercial insurance brokers and have spent the last 15+ years doing so – during my time at RSA and more recently in the fast-paced environment of Insurtech (Zego, Tempcover & Flock). I enjoy creating tailored solutions that actually respond to the individual needs of customer sets and believe that offering first class service is the key to successful, long term broker relationships.

For over 30 years I have worked in the UK Commercial insurance market with roles at RSA, QBE and latterly Covea Insurance, where I was Director of Commercial Underwriting. I have a track record of developing and managing delegated and e-traded underwriting relationships, as well as broad experience of leading teams across operations and governance, risk management, reinsurance and, yes, even Claims.

I love being part of a fast-paced environment where I can help brokers and underwriters find technically sound solutions to the requirements of their customers. And I love the challenge of doing this while delivering a sustainable underwriting return for our business.

I have been involved with the formation and operation of many successful insurance partnerships over the last 15 years and I am always blown away by the true power of collaboration. When this is combined with putting the customer at of the centre of your business, great things can be achieved!

I have worked in the UK Commercial insurance market for over 15 years and joined from Covea Insurance where I was Product and Channel Leader for their eTrade SME and Delegated Schemes accounts. I joined in January 2025 to lead the underwriting of scheme and delegated authority business. I bring strong technical underwriting, portfolio management and business relationship skills to our growing team.

Delivering excellent customer service has been the driving force of my career in my various roles in the claims arena for nearly 40 years. Having handled individual claims and managed accounts for insurers (Groupama and Aviva) and a Broker (Lockton) I am focused on developing strong relationships with our broker partners to ensure our customers receive the best support possible when a loss occurs.

I am a claims handler with experience across a wide range of insurance claims, including motor and household claims, as well as commercial property and liability claims.

I’m a marketing professional with 20+ years’ experience across B2B and consumer marketing, specialising in financial services, communications strategy and brand development.
